What This Privacy Policy Covers
- This policy covers how AVFL treats personal information that AVFL collects and receives, including information related to your past use of AVFL products and services. Personal information is information about you, A CASE, OR AN INVOLVED PARTY that is personally identifiable like a name, address, email address, phone number or case details and that is not otherwise publicly available.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that AVFL does not own or control, or to people that AVFL does not employ or manage.
Confidentiality and Security
- We limit access to personal information or case details to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
- We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that protect personal information, case details, suspects or involved parties.
Exception: Clients who utilize a credit card to retain AVFL’s services, by authorizing a credit card charge also authorize, in advance and automatically, the release of account information and case details to their bank in the case of disputed charges. This is to aid in resolving these disputes.
